A semi- private setting with beautiful views overlooking the main dining room. Ideal for group dinners or cocktail-style gatherings. Flexible table arrangements allow for seated and standing setups. Projector available for presentations. Capacity: Up to 85 seated.

Main Dining Room

A vibrant, open space perfect for larger group celebrations. Tables can be rearrange to suit your party’s needs. Capacity: Up to 70 seated.

Lounge & Bar Area

Ideal for cocktail hours, casual gatherings, or after-work mixers. High-top tables and open floor space can be configured for mingling or passed bites. Capacity: Up to 55 seated.

Located in the heart of Manhattan, Gaia opened its doors in November 2024, offering a soulful blend of Mediterranean cuisine, rich history, and heartfelt hospitality. But Gaia is more than a restaurant — it’s a tribute to culture, resilience, and the power of coming together.

Housed in a historic building constructed in 1903, Gaia preserves original architectural details including century old window glass and over 100-year old flooring, offering a rare sense of character and timeless charm. These elements connect the past with the present, reminding us that history when cherished, can make even the most modern moments feel grounded and meaningful that carry the soul of the past and bring a unique charm to the dining experience.

Sat Night Dinner Party

Experience the ultimate weekend night out at Gaia. Our Saturday Night Dinner Party combines exquisite Mediterranean dining with an electric nightlife vibe. DJ sets kick off at 8 PM, followed by live entertainment at 9 PM, creating a night that evolves from a sophisticated dinner into a vibrant celebration. Don’t miss a night of great flavors, music, and sparkling moments.
